Each company gets its own profile, with its own country, currency, tax registration, bank accounts and invoice design. Switch between profiles from the top bar.

Multi-country profiles

Run every legal entity from one login. Each profile carries its own country, currency, tax ID, bank accounts and numbering.

200-country tax engine

GST, VAT, HST, sales tax and exemptions applied automatically from seller and buyer location.

Multi-currency

Invoice in any currency, report in one. Exchange rates are stored per transaction for clean books.

Bills and payables

Capture vendor bills, catch duplicates, route approvals and record payments against the right account.

Ledger and tax returns

Double-entry books per profile, with GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, UK VAT100 and US sales tax by state.

AI revenue forecast

An 18-month model of trend and seasonality, with a confidence range and a plain-English summary.

Credit notes that explain themselves

An adjustments statement on every invoice shows how the amount and tax changed, and why.

Quick expenses

Saved cards by last four digits, one-tap presets, and automatic tax split and ledger posting.

Quotes with versions

Send several versions of a quote. When the customer accepts one online, the others close and the accepted one becomes an invoice in a click.

No duplicate customers

The same GSTIN or VAT number can never be added twice, and look-alike names are flagged before they are saved.

Recurring and reminders

Schedule recurring invoices, send payment links, and chase overdue balances on time.

Tax engine

The right tax, picked from who's selling, who's buying and where

Tax codes for 200 countries come built in. Pravadh IX reads the seller's profile and the customer's location, then applies the correct split, rate or exemption. You can still add custom codes for your own cases.

Tax IDs are checked as you type: GSTIN checksum and state code, EU VAT number formats, UK VAT, US EIN and more.

Credit notes

See exactly what changed after a credit note

Every invoice shows a plain adjustments statement: original amount, each credit note with its reason, and the revised taxable value and GST. Your customer and your auditor read the same story.

Credit notes flow into GSTR-1 (CDNR / CDNUR) and GSTR-3B automatically.

Country-locked bank accounts

A UK invoice can only be paid into a UK account

Each profile only accepts bank accounts from its own country. IBAN checksums, BIC country, sort codes, ABA routing and IFSC codes are validated before anything is saved, so a wrong account never reaches a customer.

Questions, answered

Create one profile per legal entity, each with its own country and tax registration. When you raise an invoice from a profile, Pravadh IX uses that country’s rules together with the customer’s location, for example CGST and SGST within an Indian state, IGST across states, or EU reverse charge for a VAT-registered business buyer.

Yes. Export your customers, invoices and credit notes from Zoho as CSV and drop them into the migration screen. Columns are matched automatically, GST is split by state, and credit notes are linked back to their original invoices. Re-running an import never creates duplicates.

It is rejected before it is saved. Each profile only accepts accounts from its own country, and the account and routing numbers are validated against that country’s format, such as IBAN checksums in Europe, sort codes in the UK, ABA routing in the US and IFSC in India.

Each user is $25 per month and that includes one company profile. Every extra profile adds $10 per month. Invoices, customers, bills and expenses are unlimited.

Yes. Pravadh IX connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Odoo and Campfire, exports Tally vouchers as XML, and has a REST API with signed webhooks for anything else.

Passwords are hashed with scrypt, sensitive fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, sessions expire after inactivity, and two-factor authentication, role-based access and a full audit log are included on every plan.
